Brian Duffy

Brian Duffy is an experienced Steadicam Operator with a diverse background in broadcasting and live production. Currently employed at NewsNation since April 2023, Brian has held various positions throughout a career spanning over two decades. At NBCUniversal Media, LLC since October 1998, roles have included Chapman Crane Arm Operator and Utility technician. Notably, Brian operated Steadicams for Major League Baseball from March 2021 to July 2024 and for MSNBC from February 2022 to December 2023. Additional extensive work at CNN from 2004 to 2020 involved operating Steadicams for numerous high-profile shows, including Cuomo Prime Time and Anderson Cooper 360. Brian also contributed to CBS News during the 2020 Presidential Election as a Steadicam Operator. Experience includes significant engagements with Saturday Night Live and various other prominent media networks.
