Cassaundra Manning

Cassaundra Manning currently serves as Vice President of Fair Employment Practices & Policies at NBCUniversal, a position held since January 2021 within the Labor & Employment Law Group. Manning leads a global team of workplace investigators, manages fair workplace policies, and collaborates with various departments to enhance training and employment initiatives. Prior to NBCUniversal, Manning held several positions at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., including Senior Director of Fair Employment Practices, and served as Associate Counsel and Executive Director at Guardian Life. Early career roles include positions at Holland & Knight LLP, Littler, and the NYC Department of Education. Manning holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Columbia College, Columbia University, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania.
