Jackeline Gonzalez is an experienced design and development professional with a strong background in the toy industry, currently serving as the Director of Product Design & Development at NBCUniversal Media, LLC since August 2018. In this role, Jackeline oversees the design and development of toys for Universal/DreamWorks properties and collaborates with internal studio partners to influence content aligned with play patterns and trends. Previous experience includes positions at Poptik Agency as an Executive Design Consultant and at Jakks Pacific, where Jackeline advanced through various roles including VP of Design, Director of Design, and Design Manager, managing significant portfolios and cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and brand consistency. Earlier career roles include lead positions at Mattel, self-employment as a fashion designer and stylist, and design work at Thia B. Designs and KAYO of California. Jackeline holds educational credentials from Brooks College and Los Angeles Trade Technical College.
