Matthew Sica

Matthew Sica is the Vice President and Tax Counsel at NBCUniversal, a position held since 2012. Prior to this, they consulted as an Independent Consultant at Rothstein Kass and served as Tax Counsel & Senior Manager at The Walt Disney Company, where they managed tax planning related to their Studio and Media Networks. Their earlier experience includes roles at KPMG, where they focused on international tax planning, and serving as an Attorney at Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP. Matthew holds a BS in Finance from the University of Connecticut, a JD from California Western School of Law, and an LLM in Tax from New York University School of Law.
