Mindy Zajchowski

Mindy Zajchowski is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a diverse background in human resources across various organizations. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter for NBCUniversal since October 2019, Mindy focuses on NBC Sports, NBC Sports Next, and Fandango. Previous roles include Senior Human Resources Representative at Universal Creative and Universal Orlando Resort, where responsibilities spanned multiple divisions, including operations and entertainment. Mindy's career also includes positions at Sears Home Improvement Products, Sapient, and The Walt Disney Company, with early roles as an Employment/Casting Assistant and Attractions Hostess. Mindy holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from Rollins College and a BA in English from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
