Moe Ba

Moe Ba, MBA-HR, CCP, CSM, currently serves as the Manager of HR Operations Project Services at NBCUniversal, overseeing HR initiatives related to the divestiture of Versant Media. With extensive experience as a Startup Business Coach since 2009, Moe Ba has also held significant roles at Parexel, including Director of HR Program Management and leader in Global Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging. Previous positions include HRIS and project management roles at Sanofi, Year Up, Johnson & Johnson, Bayer Pharmaceuticals, Bloomberg LP, SUEZ in North America, and Colgate-Palmolive, focusing on optimizing HR systems and driving successful project implementations. Moe Ba holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Organizational Leadership and an MBA in Human Resources from Southern New Hampshire University.
