Pierre Abou Khalil

Pierre Abou Khalil has a diverse work experience in various HR roles. Pierre has served as the Head of Human Resources at NBK Capital, where they led HR and administration operations for multiple countries. Prior to that, they were the COO of Support Services at ALARGAN International Real Estate Company, where they implemented ERP systems and delivered HR services to sister companies. Before that, they worked with the Chalhoub Group as a Regional HR Manager and HR Manager, where they set KPIs, designed HR metrics reports, and implemented new HR and payroll software. Pierre also worked as an HR Coordinator at ABC Malls and Department Stores and as an HR Analyst at Banque Saradar.

Pierre Abou Khalil has a Global Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management, which they obtained from INSEAD in 2014. Pierre also has a Professional Certification in Co-Active Coaching from Coaches Training Institute (CTI), completed between 2013 and 2019. Additionally, Pierre attended the ESA BUSINESS SCHOOL in 2009 for an Executive Education Program in Business. Pierre holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, both from Universite Saint Joseph. Pierre has additional certification in Targeted Selection from Development Dimensions International.
