Chad Cronk

Chad Cronk is currently the President of Home Loans at NBKC Bank. Prior to this, they were the CEO of Inside Response from August 2014 to February 2015. Inside Response is a direct marketing company that specializes in demand generation, lead generation, and direct-to-consumer marketing for financial and home services companies nationwide.

Before their time at Inside Response, Chad Cronk was the AVP Origination Services at ServiceLink from February 2012 to August 2013. ServiceLink is a leading provider of origination and default services and is the national mortgage services platform for the Fidelity National Financial family of companies (NYSE:FNF). Leveraging their industry leading technology platform, VisionSM, they offer a complete suite of title, settlement, appraisal, default and asset management related products and services.

As one of the most experienced mortgage services providers in the United States, ServiceLink employs more than 1,200 associates, each an important part of their “Serve First” culture and exhibiting an overriding commitment to quality and long-term strategic partnerships.

Chad Cronk attended the University of Central Missouri, where they earned a BS in sociology.

They are on a team with Jim Tinsman - EVP, Michael Bartkoski - President, Bank, and Scott Ramon - CTO. Chad Cronk reports to Brian Unruh, CEO.
