Alex Tokmakov

Alex Tokmakov is an experienced engineering professional with a focus on network architecture and infrastructure management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Engineering and Standards in the Common Network Infrastructure at nbn™ Australia since December 2011, Alex oversees the development and maintenance of internal standards for the Telstra Exchange environment and NBNco Datacentre infrastructure. Previous roles include Director at Neuron Tech Ltd and Engineering Manager at Vector Communications, where Alex led teams in the architecture of high-availability telecommunications networks and data centers. Alex holds an MBA and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Business from The University of Auckland, as well as a certification in Applied Data Centre Design from BICSI.
