Fern Gomez

Fern Gomez is an experienced HR and business partnering professional with a strong background in implementing people technology programs and managing change initiatives. Currently serving as Executive Manager of the Business Partnering Practice at nbn® Australia since September 2016, Fern has held various roles including Senior Manager of Solution Design & Delivery and HR Manager. Previously, Fern contributed to Laureate Australia as Total Rewards & HRIS Manager, leading the development of a shared service model for talent and culture. Earlier experience includes significant HR roles at Serco Australia, focusing on major projects and transitions. Fern holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management and Industrial Relations from the University of Sydney and a Diploma in Management from the Australian Institute of Management.
