John Estell

John Estell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations, management, and event coordination. Currently serving as a Board Member and Operations Director at SMASH Inc since March 2023, John focuses on enhancing the inclusivity and brand presence of the organization within the anime and Japanese Pop Culture community in Australia. As the Managing Director of HAi Entertainment, John promotes local talents in the Idol, KPop, and dance cultures through dynamic events across Queensland. With a strong background at nbn™ Australia in case management and customer resolution, as well as experience in audio-visual roles at Supanova Comic Con & Gaming and security services at Estell Security Services, John's diverse skill set is further complemented by prior positions in social media marketing and training consulting. John holds multiple degrees including a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Swinburne University of Technology and a Bachelor of Education from the University of New England.
