Michele Mason

Michele Mason is a seasoned User Experience designer with extensive experience in leading design teams and projects across various industries. Currently serving as the Lead User Experience Designer at nbn® Australia since October 2022, Michele previously held the role of Lead UX/UI Designer at Viva Energy Australia, where strategic product positioning and end-to-end product delivery were key responsibilities. Michele's prior experience includes transforming the design function at QBE Insurance as Design Team Lead, managing a multidisciplinary team at HOYTS Group, and contributing to marketing efforts at GAME Australia and Radical Travel. Michele's educational background encompasses a Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication from Swinburne University of Technology, along with specialized training in User Experience from General Assembly.
