Currently, as General Manager of Products and Pricing (Business & Enterprise) and General Manager of Networks (Strategic Programs) at nbn™ Australia, Steve is accountable for the development and delivery of key cross-company programs focusing on network resilience and recovery, as well as field workforce contracts worth $1.4 billion. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Goodstart Early Learning, where Steve established the Customer Experience and Marketing function, and at Telstra, where significant achievements included reversing customer decline in the business broadband portfolio and successfully simplifying product offerings. Steve holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from The University of Queensland.
