Cynthia Alvarez

Cynthia Alvarez is a Certified NBPA Player Agent at the National Basketball Players Association (NBPA) since February 2024. In addition to this role, Cynthia has extensive experience in program and contract management, currently serving as Contracts Manager and Program Manager at Parker Aerospace since July 2016. Previous positions include Senior Program Manager at Senior Aerospace SSP, Program Manager at Ensign-Bickford Aerospace & Defense Company, Senior Associate Contract Specialist at Hamilton Sundstrand Corporation, and Contracts and Grants Coordinator at the University of Southern California. Cynthia holds a Master's degree in Educational Counseling from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from California State University, Long Beach.
