Abd El Salam El Bady has over a decade of experience in the banking sector, currently serving as a Fraud Monitoring Officer at the National Bank of Umm Al Qaiwain (P.S.C) since June 2014, previously holding the position of Customer Care Officer. Prior to this, Abd El Salam worked at the National Bank of Umm Al Qaiwain from February 2008 to May 2012, where roles included Call Center Team Leader & Quality Assurance and Credit Assistant. Abd El Salam is pursuing a Certificate in Financial Forensics and Fraud Investigation from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, a program ongoing since 2017, and possesses a degree from Cairo University.
