Florence Kampani

Florence Kampani started their career in 2012 as an Asset and Liability Manager at Standard Bank Plc (Malawi). Florence held this position until 2015 when they became the Treasurer at the same bank. In 2015, they also became a Trustee at Standard Bank Plc (Malawi) Pension fund. Florence held both positions until 2022. From 2022 to 2023, Florence worked as the Head of Treasury and Capital Management at Standard Bank Malawi. Currently, they are the Head of ALM and Capital Management at NBS Bank, starting in 2023.

Florence Kampani completed their education in a chronological order. From 2002 to 2006, they attended the University of Malawi, Chancellor College, where they earned a Bachelor of Social Science degree in Economics. Following that, they pursued a higher level of education at the University of Malawi, Chancellor College in collaboration with the African Economic Research Consortium. From 2007 to 2009, they obtained a Master of Arts in Economics with a specialization in Econometrics and Health Economics.
