Heather Bryant

Heather Bryant is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Vice President and Human Resources Business Partner at NBT Bank since March 2020. In this strategic role, Heather collaborates with the Executive Management Team and senior HR leadership to develop and implement key HR initiatives. Prior experience includes roles as Human Resources Manager at DICK'S Sporting Goods and District Human Resources Manager at RITE AID, as well as various leadership roles in HR at Target. Heather holds a Master's degree in Education from Elmira College and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Empire State University.
