Bob Schaad has extensive experience in the banking industry. Bob started their career in 1984 at Malta National Bank and worked there until 1987. Bob then joined First Federal Savings Bank in Washington Court House from 1987 until 1995. In 1996, they joined National Bank and Trust Company as a Vice President and later joined Wilmington Savings Bank as a Senior Vice President and Chief Lender. At Wilmington Savings Bank, they were responsible for adding new products to their offering, including a program called Got Land, which offers loans on residential properties with up to 50 acres. Bob Schaad continues to work at Wilmington Savings Bank in their role as Senior Vice President and Chief Lender.
Bob Schaad attended Wilmington College from 1992 to 1995 and earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus in General Studies. Prior to that, they attended Franciscan University of Steubenville from 1977 to 1978, where they pursued General Studies.
