Brandon Newpher

Brandon Newpher, MBA, currently serves as the Associate Director of Technology and MES Contracting at the NC Department of Health and Human Services, overseeing vendor management and ensuring compliance with CMS regulations and procurement laws. Previously, Brandon was the Chief Information Officer for Billings Public Schools, leading technology initiatives for the largest school district in Montana. Brandon's earlier experience includes significant roles in contract management and administration for Defense Base Services, Inc. and various subsidiaries of Chugach Alaska Corporation, as well as technical positions in IT and systems administration. Brandon holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Systems from DeVry University.
