Katherine Lockett

Katherine Lockett is an experienced professional in data governance and management with a robust background in the healthcare and financial sectors. Currently serving as the Data Governance Lead for the NC Department of Health and Human Services since September 2022, Katherine has established a clear vision for data governance while overseeing related activities and managing a dedicated team. Katherine contributed to the National Association of Health Data Organizations (NAHDO) as a speaker at the 39th Annual Conference in November 2024, focusing on enhancing data governance and security.
