Kristi Troutt

Kristi Troutt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business analysis and health benefits systems. Currently serving as the Business Systems Analyst Supervisor for the Division of Health Benefits at the NC Department of Health and Human Services since March 2017, Kristi has a robust background that includes roles at CSRA Inc. as a Business System Analyst and at CSC as a Senior Claims Resolution Analyst. Prior to these positions, Kristi spent 16 years at HP Enterprise Services, where responsibilities included roles as an Insurance Analyst and Business Analyst, contributing to significant projects such as HIPAA compliance. Kristi's career began at Wake County Department of Human Services as an Intake Coordinator/Case Manager. Kristi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from East Carolina University, obtained in 1989.
