Lisbeth Riis Cooper is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in mental health and community support. Since July 2019, Lisbeth has served on the Commission for Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities, and Substance Abuse Services at the NC Department of Health and Human Services. As the Visionary, Founder, and Vice Chair of CooperRiis since June 2000, Lisbeth has played a pivotal role in supporting over 1,300 individuals in achieving mental health and independence through a personalized care approach within a supportive community.
