Finance and Operations Team

The Finance and Operations Team at NC Association of REALTORS® is responsible for managing the financial health and operational efficiency of the organization. This includes budget planning, financial reporting, internal controls, and strategic financial planning. Additionally, the team oversees day-to-day operational tasks to ensure smooth functioning of the association and supports the implementation of strategic initiatives aimed at promoting the success of its members.
