Justin Garber

Justin Garber is currently serving as Assistant Controller and Financial Analyst at NC Rural Center since December 2022, where Justin streamlined an invoice process and developed an Internal Rate of Return calculation in Excel, enhancing efficiency and reducing costs. Prior experience includes roles as Finance Associate/Accounts Payable at Carolina Family Health Centers, Inc., and various positions in insurance, sales, and account management. Justin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Financial Management Services from East Carolina University and a Business Analytics Certificate from the same institution, completed in May 2022.
