Eva Holm is the current VP of People & Culture at NCAB Group. Eva has extensive experience in human resources, having served as HR Manager at Interflora AB, Senior HR Business Partner / PeopleProvider at Modern Times Group MTG, Head of Human Resources at Magnusson, and Director HR at Bring. Eva also has experience in the travel industry, having served as Manager MyTravel Group & Conference at Ving/Thomas Cook Northern Europe AB. Prior to their career in human resources, Eva was an Affärsområdeschef Ekonomerna at Manpower Sweden and a Bokningschef at Kanal 5. Eva is also the owner of Sparkle More AB and was a guide and bokningschef at Spies dk.

Eva Holm is a systemic coach and civil economist. Eva has a degree in communication, leadership, and health from Stockholm University, and a degree in business administration from the same school.

They are on a team with Rikard Wallin - VP, Nordic & MD, NCAB Sweden, Anna Lothsson - Sustainability Manager, and Sanna Magnusson - Global Marketing Manager. Eva Holm reports to Peter Kruk, President & CEO.
