Per Fredrik Pollnow

Per Fredrik Pollnow is an experienced information security professional, currently serving as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at NCAB Group since January 2024, where responsibilities include developing and implementing Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) and guiding security strategy. Pollnow is also the Founder and CEO of InCySec AB, providing consultancy in information and cyber security since October 2021. Previous roles include consultant positions at Handelsbanken, Rillion, Ecster, and Avanza Bank, where Pollnow held the title of CSO/CISO, overseeing various aspects of information security, business continuity management, and crisis management. With experience in leadership roles at organizations such as H&M, Deloitte, and Com Hem AB, Pollnow has a strong track record in enhancing IT security resilience, risk management, and business alignment.
