Rich Garber

Rich Garber currently serves as the Director of Environmental Compliance & Regulatory Affairs at Packaging Corporation of America, a position held since October 2013. Garber has extensive experience in environmental affairs, having chaired several committees including the Environmental Resource Committee and the Water Resources Subcommittee at AF&PA, and the Operating Committee at NCASI. Additionally, Garber has held executive positions with the Northwest Pulp and Paper Association and served as the Director of Environment at Boise Inc. Rich Garber earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Westmont College in 1988.
