Jenifer Dumire currently serves as Co-Chair for the NCBC National Consortium of Breast Centers since February 2024 and has held the position of Genetic Nurse Navigator at Midland Memorial Hospital since July 1994. Jenifer Dumire holds a degree in Cancer Genetics and Genomics from City of Hope and a postgraduate certification in Genetics and Genomics from Stanford University School of Medicine, completed in June 2020. Additionally, Jenifer Dumire earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Colorado Christian University.

The National Consortium of Breast Centers (NCBC) is dedicated to improving the care of breast health patients. We offer an interdisciplinary conference for breast health professionals in Las Vegas in March of each year, as well as regional Navigator certification programs across the country.
