Matthew Rapp

Matthew Rapp, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Matthew'smost recent role was as the Director of Operations at NCC Automated Systems, where they were responsible for creating and driving strategy, execution, and culture for the business. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Operations at Bender Inc. from 2019 to 2023.

Before that, Matthew worked at SS Industries as an Operations Manager and Production Manager, where they were responsible for managing plant production activities and personnel, improving key performance indicators, and developing measurement systems.

Matthew also gained experience at Acme Corrugated Box, where they served as a Production Superintendent and Continuous Improvement Coordinator, responsible for managing converting activities, supervising employees, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

Earlier in their career, Matthew worked as a Contract Governance and Support Operations Associate Analyst - Intern at Johnson & Johnson and as a Maintenance Technician at Thomas Medical Products, a GE Healthcare Company.

Matthew Rapp, MBA has a Bachelor of Science (BS) from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, obtained between the years 2008 and 2012. Matthew'sdegree included specializations in Management and Marketing. Matthew later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with specializations in Strategic Management and Finance at Villanova University from 2016 to 2017. Additionally, they hold several certifications including Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Champions, Six Sigma Green Belt, General Industry Safety and Health, and Lean Manufacturing Level 1. These certifications were obtained at various times between 2012 and 2014 from institutions such as DVIRC and OSHA.
