Amanda Hall is currently serving as the Global Associate Director of Talent Acquisition at NCC Group since September 2023. Prior to this role, Amanda Hall spent a decade at PZ Cussons, advancing through positions including Head of Talent Acquisition and European Talent Acquisition Manager, with a significant focus on defining and delivering resourcing processes across UK businesses. Earlier experience includes a role as Permanents Manager at ATC Recruitment Manchester, contributing to the start-up of a recruitment consultancy, as well as a position as Senior Permanents Consultant at Reed Employment, where notable success was achieved in enhancing the performance of the permanents desk.
