Emily Firth

Emily Firth is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in global talent partnership and recruitment. At NCC Group since December 2021, Emily serves as a Global Talent Partner and previously held the position of Global Talent Acquisition Specialist within the corporate sector. Prior roles include Talent Acquisition Manager at Zuto and Commercial Consultant at Cordant People. Emily's career began at Pareto Law, where work as a Business Development Executive and Graduate Manager provided a solid foundation. Emily earned a degree in Linguistics and English Language from Lancaster University, completing studies in 2016.
