Lesley Peel

Lesley Peel has extensive work experience in talent development, learning and development, and talent management. Lesley is currently the Global Head of Talent Development at NCC Group, a position they started in June 2023. Prior to this, Lesley worked at AO, where they held roles as the Group Learning and Development Lead and Change and Future Learning Lead from April 2021 to June 2023. Lesley also served as the Head of Talent Management at Arrow Global Group Plc from May 2015 to September 2020. Additionally, they worked as a Learning & Development Project Manager at DWF from February 2014 to May 2015, and as a Policy & Approved Persons Manager (interim) at The Co-operative Banking Group from August 2012 to February 2014. Lesley has also worked as a Leadership Development Consultant at Lesley Peel Consulting, collaborating with the University of Salford, from April 2011 to August 2012. Lesley gained valuable experience as the UK Management Development Manager, Learning and Development Manager - Corporate Services, and Head of UK Operational Training at Vertex Data Science from July 2008 to March 2011, June 2004 to June 2008, and September 2001 to May 2004, respectively. Prior to this, Lesley worked as the Training and Development Manager - Contact Centres at Littlewoods Retail from April 1997 to August 2001, as well as a Training and Development Consultant at City College Manchester from May 1994 to March 1997. Lesley began their career as a Senior Trainer at Achievement Through Training Ltd, where they worked from October 1990 to April 1994.

Lesley Peel attended Sheffield Hallam University, where they studied Business & Management. Lesley then went on to study at The University of Manchester, where they pursued a NWRAC Certificate in Education. Finally, they obtained a Diploma in Training & Development from the University of Leicester. No specific start or end years were provided for each educational experience.
