Michelle van de Velde

Michelle Van de Velde serves as the VP of People Partnering & Operations at NCC Group since April 2024. Prior to this role, Michelle held senior positions at Aspen Technology, including Senior Director of International HR and EMEA HR Director from October 2017 to April 2024. Experience at Oracle spanned from January 2008 to March 2017, where Michelle was EMEA HR Director for Systems Sales and Global Business units, as well as EMEA HR Business Partner. Earlier roles include HR Business Partner at Thames Water (2005-2008) and HR Executive at Siemens Business Services (2003-2005). Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Reading (1993-1996) and a Master’s degree in HR Management from Kingston University (1997-1998).
