Rahul Mishra

Rahul Mishra currently serves as the Assistant General Manager of HR at NCC Limited since April 2025, overseeing HR and administration for the Madhya Pradesh circle and managing seven zones within the region. Prior to this role, Rahul was a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at STL - Sterlite Technologies Limited from September 2017 to May 2025, where responsibilities included leading HR functions for the Cables and OI Business across four manufacturing plants. Earlier experience includes serving as Sr. Manager at National Steel & Agro Industries Ltd from February 2014 to August 2017, and as Manager HR at Shakti Pumps (India) Ltd. from February 2010 to February 2014, focusing on HR generalist roles and achieving significant outcomes in performance management and learning and development. Rahul holds an Executive Post Graduate Program in Strategic Human Resource Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and advanced degrees in HR & Services Management and Mechanical Engineering from CH Institute of Management & Communication and Guru Ghasidas University, respectively.
