Annette Bause

Annette Bause has extensive experience in administrative and managerial roles, currently serving as both Assistant to the Chief HR Officer & General Manager and Assistant to the CEO at SWAROVSKI since April 2005. Prior to this position, Annette held the role of Assistant to Management at Hotel Goldene Krone from July 2002 to March 2005 and worked as a service staff member at Hotel Sailer and Hofgarten Café. Annette began a career path in hospitality management as a Management Trainee at The Grand America Hotel and also worked as a ski and snowboard instructor with Skischule Arlberg. Annette's educational background includes a degree in Tourism from Tourismuskolleg Innsbruck and studies in Business Education at Universität Innsbruck.
