Raja Balaji is an accomplished professional with over two decades of experience in project management within the construction and engineering sectors. Currently serving as DGM Operations at NCC Limited since April 2021, Raja Balaji ensures adherence to commercial risk management, client satisfaction, and compliance with safety and environmental plans. Prior roles include AGM Projects at Teejan Trading & Contracting Company, where oversight of major projects such as the Aseelah Desalination Project was key, and significant positions at Al Hassan Engineering Company and Larsen & Toubro, where successful management of high-value and complex projects demonstrated expertise in planning, risk assessment, and quality control.
