Annika Thunberg

Annika Thunberg is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy, business development, and interim leadership across various industries. Currently serving as Head of Strategy & Business Development at NCC Building Nordics since May 2021, Thunberg has also provided leadership as a Senior Advisor and Project Manager at Varidele AB since January 2016. Previous roles include a non-executive board member at Sonat AB, Senior Advisor at Syncron, and co-author of "Rätt ledare. Bättre resultat." with Vaessa, which Thunberg co-founded in 2013. Additionally, experience includes partnerships at Odgers Berndtson and Accenture, where responsibilities encompassed executive search and consultancy within health and public services. Thunberg holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Finance from Linköping University.
