Christina Johansen

Christina Johansen is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as an HR Specialist in Recruitment and Employer Branding at NCC since May 2005, Christina is responsible for coordinating employer branding activities, developing recruitment strategies, and managing talent development processes. Prior to this role, Christina held the position of Support System Manager HR at NCC, focusing on HR systems and employee satisfaction initiatives. Christina's career also includes serving as a Maritime Personnel Consultant at Norgas Carriers AS, where responsibilities included payroll management and HR support for seafarers, as well as prior experience as a Crew Purser in the cruise industry, handling various administrative and crew-related tasks. Christina holds a college degree in Hotel Management from the University of Stavanger.
