Erik Sahlin

Erik Sahlin is an experienced professional in operations development and business transformation, currently serving as the Head of Operations Development and Support at NCC since May 2015. In this role, Erik leads the business transformation team, PMO team, and operations development team, focusing on ensuring that NCC adopts new technologies and methodologies aligned with the company's overall strategy. Prior to NCC, Erik co-founded Solid Development AB, where responsibilities included business development and consulting in change management and enterprise architecture. Erik has also held leadership positions at .NetAkademien AB and Cambridge Technology Partners, managing projects such as a CRM strategy for Telia. Erik holds an MSc in Computer & Systems Sciences from Stockholm University and a diploma in Strategic Leadership from the Stockholm School of Economics Executive Education.
