Fredrik Vernersson

Fredrik Vernersson is an experienced executive specializing in strategy, transformation, and operational development. Currently serving as Advisor to the CEO and Head of Green Industry Transformation at NCC, Fredrik also holds the position of Head of Strategy, Research, and Innovation. Fredrik's previous roles include Senior Vice President at McKinsey & Company, leading recovery and transformation services across EMEA, and leadership positions at PwC's Strategy& and Booz & Company. With a strong background in turnaround management, Fredrik has contributed as a board member for organizations such as Aura Light, TMA Sweden, and has extensive experience in consulting for various industries, particularly in the automotive and manufacturing sectors. Fredrik holds multiple degrees, including a Master’s in Economics and Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics.
