Maria Brenaa

Maria Brenaa has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an HR Manager at NCC since May 2015. In this role, Maria is responsible for overseeing the annual employee satisfaction survey, including the design, updating, validation of employee data, and reporting results. Maria also manages recruitment processes, involving candidate assessment and collaboration with hiring managers. Additionally, Maria acts as the internship coordinator, developing job announcements and facilitating orientation and closing events. Maria's expertise extends to stress prevention, where material development, health checks, and informational meetings are part of the responsibilities. Previous roles include positions as a student assistant at Marius Pedersen A/S and Grundejernes Investeringsfond, as well as a receptionist at Time Vision. Maria holds a Cand.mag. in Work Life Studies and Psychology and a Bachelor in Work Life Studies and Psychology from Roskilde University. Education was completed at Greve Gymnasium.
