Mette Egesø

Mette Egesø is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Manager at NCC since March 2022, while also holding the position of Bestyrelsesmedlem at Helsinge Brugsforening A.M.B.A. since April 2023. Prior to these roles, Mette was HR Chef at BARSLUND for over 12 years, contributing to one of Denmark's leading companies in the construction and utilities sector. Mette has served on the board of Spotland and has held various positions in payroll administration and sales coordination at Welltec, Zitech Computer Aps, and Carli Gry. Mette's educational background includes studies at Erhvervsakademi SydVest and Copenhagen Business Academy, complemented by a degree from Avedøre Gymnasium and earlier schooling at Gildbroskolen.
