Beth McDermott

Beth McDermott, CMP, CMM has a diverse work experience in the meetings and events industry. Beth started their career as a Catering Manager at Hilton Savannah DeSoto in February 2006 and was later promoted to Director of Catering in April 2008. After working at Hilton for five years, Beth joined NCCI in January 2011 as a Meeting Planner. Over the years, they progressed within the company and held various roles including Meeting Manager, Manager, and currently serves as the Director of Meetings and Events. Beth's expertise in event management and their leadership capabilities have contributed significantly to their career growth.

Beth McDermott, CMP, CMM earned their Bachelor's degree in Hospitality from Georgia Southern University from the years 2000 to 2004. Beth has also obtained several certifications including Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn in 2022, Certificate in Meeting Management from GBTA | Global Business Travel Association in 2015, and Certified Meeting Professional from Convention Industry Council in 2011.
