Jenni Finsen has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Jenni is currently working at NCCI as the Executive Director – HR Technology and Operations, a position they have held since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Anuvu from 2016 to 2022, taking on various roles such as Sr. Director of Workforce Intelligence, Sr. Director of Human Resources Business Partner, and Sr. Director of Global Total Rewards, HRIS, and People Processes.
Before their time at Anuvu, Finsen worked at Aero Inventory (USA) Inc, where they held the positions of Regional Human Resources Director (Americas) from 2008 to 2011 and Senior HR Manager from 2006 to 2008. At Aero Inventory, they were responsible for strategic planning, risk mitigation, budgeting, audits, and the development of various HR programs and strategies, including a Total Rewards Strategy.
In 2005, Finsen worked as a Human Resource Manager at Corporate Communications, where they implemented HR best practices and designed a transformation program. Prior to that, they served as a Human Resource Manager at Tiscali (South Africa) from 2002 to 2005, focusing on compliance with new legislation and managing all HR functions.
Finsen's career began at Infoskill Training Solutions, where they worked as a Director from 2000 to 2002.
Overall, Finsen has accumulated extensive experience in HR leadership and operations, with a particular focus on strategic planning, workforce intelligence, total rewards, HRIS, compliance, and transformation programs.
Jenni Finsen completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on Human Resources, from California State University, Fullerton in 2015, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Before that, they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) in Business Administration and Management from Santa Ana College in 2013. In 2004, they obtained an HRM certification from Damelin. Their education history also includes attending Roedean South Africa from 1980 to 1984. Additionally, they have a certification in SPHR from SHRM, obtained in 2011.
