Steve Sibner

Steve Sibner has extensive legal experience, currently serving as General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer at NCCI since May 1995, where additional roles include Managing Attorney and Compliance Official, and Division Executive for Affiliate Services. In November 2017, Steve became a Director at the American Society of Workers' Compensation Professionals (AMCOMP). Previous leadership roles include Director and President at the Association of Corporate Counsel from 2001 to 2016. Early career experience includes positions as an Associate at Durant Sabanosh Nichols and Houston from 1987 to 1995, and at Cummings & Lockwood in both 1986-1987 and a summer position in 1985. Steve holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from American University Washington College of Law and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration and Economics from Penn State University.
