Nicolas Kirsch currently serves as a Doctoral Assistant at EPFL, starting in April 2024, while also working as an Energy System Optimization Research Intern at CSEM since September 2023. Prior experience includes a role as an Energy Controlling Intern at Amstein + Walthert from February to August 2023, a Solar Potential Benchmark Intern at namR in May and June 2021, a Software Intern at Changing Room from October 2020 to May 2021, an Energy Design Intern at ENERGY OBSERVER DEVELOPMENTS for September 2020, and an Innovation Intern at ekWateur in June and July 2020. Nicolas Kirsch is pursuing a PhD in Neural Network Control at EPFL, expected to complete in April 2028, and holds a Master’s degree in Science and Technology of Energy from EPFL, completed in July 2022. Additionally, Nicolas Kirsch earned a Bachelor's degree in Arts and Sciences from UCL (2018-2021) and a Baccalauréat in Sciences from Ecole Jeannine Manuel (2004-2018).
