Ismail Alshaya, MBA, PMP®, serves as the Executive Director of Licensing and Compliance at NCEC, drawing on over 16 years of leadership experience across various industries within the kingdom. Previously, Alshaya held positions such as Control Room Supervisor at Saudi Electricity Company and GM of Licensing, Regulations, and Compliance at a confidential company. In addition to a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Production Engineering and a Master's degree in Business Administration, Alshaya has contributed significantly to the Ministry of Industry & Mineral Resources as Assistant Director General of Industrial Licenses and Follow Up Department. Currently, Alshaya is pursuing further education at RCT and Arab East Colleges.
