David Cox

David Cox has extensive work experience in leadership roles in the engineering and surveying field. From 2001 to 2018, they served as the Executive Director of the KY Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers & Land Surveyors. Since October 2018, David has been the Chief Executive Officer of NCEES.

David Cox attended Somerset Community College from 1978 to 1980. Although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned, it is implied that they completed some coursework during this time. David then went on to study at the University of Kentucky from 1980 to 1982, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
