Jumanah Jamal, EIT, is an accomplished electrical engineer currently employed at The CBR Group, Inc. since May 2023. Prior experience includes a role as an Electrical System Engineer at VLI-EV from May 2018 to 2021, where Jumanah developed electrical architecture solutions for Fortune 500 clients across diverse sectors, including electric vehicles and leisure industries. Earlier experience at Soulr Cart involved the design and testing of a solar-powered refrigerated mobile food cart, which earned first place in the 2016 University of San Diego Global Social Innovation Challenge. Additionally, Jumanah contributed to the development of a biotech medical device at CareFusion by designing circuitry for the Alaris IV Infusion Pump. Jumanah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of San Diego.

NCEES

NCEES (the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying) is a national nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing professional licensure for engineers and surveyors. It develops, administers, and scores the examinations used for engineering and surveying licensure in the United States. It also facilitates professional mobility and promotes uniformity of the U.S. licensure processes through services for its member licensing boards and licensees. These services include the records program, study materials, credentials evaluations, exam administration, and more. The Council’s members are the engineering and surveying licensure boards from all 50 states, the District of Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
