Liane Cummings is an experienced IT operations professional with a strong background in service desk management. Currently serving as the IT Operations Manager and formerly as Service Desk Team Leader at NCFE since March 2022, Liane previously held the position of IT Service Desk Team Leader at Newcastle Strategic Solutions from June 2021 to March 2022. Prior to that, Liane gained significant experience as IT Service Desk Team Leader at ENGIE from March 2015 to June 2021 and as Deputy Team Manager at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from September 2012 to March 2015. Liane is an alumnus of the University of Sunderland.
